Now Ben was nervous. He honestly hadn't expected Poe to want to see him again in the first place, but then they'd had a pretty amazing night and it had gotten Ben's hopes up. He thought maybe Poe wanted to work things out.
Well, until he'd read the text that he was pretty sure wasn't meant for him. And it had made him feel like a complete idiot. Of course. The sex was great and they had really good chemistry, but that didn't make it hurt any less. Originally he was just going to leave it at that, not respond back and never see the other again except he'd had a few drinks and against his better judgement, he'd responded.
And now? He was happy he had. He took a breath, blowing it out slowly as he approached Poe's door, staring at it for a moment before knocking firmly to let Poe know he was there before walking in since the other had left it open for him.
"Poe..." He started to call out before he saw the other man on the couch. He smiled a but, brushing his fingers back through his hair as he made his way to the couch. He sat, barely hesitating a moment before leaning over and brushing a kiss against his lips. "I'm glad you invited me over."
