Kylo Ren wasn't even sure why he was at the bar in the first place. It looked so much like some of the places that his father had frequented, but this was something he was doing for Rey. He'd actually ended up growing fairly attached to her since she seemed to be his only friend right then.

He certainly hadn't expected anyone to speak to him, not outside of uncomfortable small talk. Then he'd heard his communicator go off and had found the messages from Poe.

He'd immediately been intrigued and even interested, but he figured it was only some kind of prank. He still thought it was, but he hoped otherwise. So he looked at the small group he was with, mostly people who had befriended Rey and were only putting up with his presence. "I'm going to get some air." He said to her, locking eyes with her for a moment before ducking his head and turning to walk outside into the night.

He leaned against the wall next to the door, waiting, keeping an eye on the door and sighing softly.

Poe continued his internal debate for a moment, letting Ren sweat it out before draining what was left in his glass and excusing himself.

He stepped out into the night air, not immediately looking to Ren, but when he did, he arched a brow playfully. "You know, without the helmet the whole just loses the intimidation factor."

He looked at Poe, raising an eyebrow himself before turning a bit and crossing his arms over his chest. "I'm not trying to be intimidating. I'm not exactly wearing my robes." He motioned to the clothing that Rey had insisted he wore. He was still in all black, but gone were the thick black robes and his cape.

"Do you prefer me to be intimidating?"

"No, it's working for you, I like it. Much more human." Poe crossed stand in front of him, and for a moment at least that smirk turned to a more genuine sort of smile. "Maybe a pop of colour?" Yeah, he couldn't keep serious that long.

He stared for a moment before snorting and shaking his head. "I'll take it into consideration." He said, glancing towards the door. "I'm assuming you'd like to get away from here? Before anyone sees us together." He tilted his head, figuring that Poe would likely not want to actually be seen with him.

"Depends entirely on what you want to do," the pilot answered easily. "If you just want to talk, I don't really care who sees us. If you want to show me what you look like without all that black- ...then somewhere else might be best."

He laughed, shaking his head and looking away for a moment, not really wanting the other man to see him blushing. "Maybe we should get out of here then. Any suggestions?" He tilted his head when he looked back, pushing away from the wall and taking a step closer. He reached over, hooking a finger into Poe's pocket, studying him.

The height difference was that much more noticeable when Ren straightened, and Poe had to lift his gaze, taking a half step closer. "...I think I know a place," he managed after a moment, turning to lead him somewhere more private.

He nodded, following after. Once they were a bit further away from the bar and from prying eyes he pulled Poe to a stop, tugging him into an alley. He stared down at the other man, swallowing and clearing his throat. "I know...Rey asked you to give me a chance." He said quietly, shifting a bit and frowning. "I don't know why you actually are, but...thank you. And...sorry. About...what I did to you."

"..." Poe was quiet, not sure how to handle the rather serious air the conversation had taken. A witty retort died on his lips, Poe pressing them together to hold it back and give a more serious and resigned nod. "We're not square yet, but...thank you. For saying it." Honestly, he wasn't sure what he was doing. He'd probably had too much to drink, and Ren was just one of countless reckless decisions Poe had found himself sticking to.

He sighed, stepping in closer, crowding Poe back against the alley wall. "I want..I really do want to make up for it eventually." And he was being honest. Then a few moments later he ducked down to capture the shorter man's lips, cupping his face. His thumbs brushed across his cheeks before he pulled back, clearing his throat.

The crowded prompted a brief flare of fear, a flicker of distrust creasing Poe's face, but he pushed through it, allowing Ren to claim that kiss. It was surprisingly gentle, and Poe blinked in its absence, a smile slowly crossing his face.

"Heh-" And then he rocked up onto his toes, hand fisting round the collar of Ren's shirt to tug him down and close for a kiss of his own.

He hadn't really expected the kiss back so when he was tugged down he made a small sound of surprise, one hand slapping against the wall behind Poe for balance while the other hand fell to the shorter man's hip. He squeezed, kissing him back and deepening it for just a moment. A sound at the mouth of the alley had him pulling away reluctantly, glancing as a group of people rambled by before he looked at Poe again. "So, you were taking me somewhere. I think we got a little distracted."

Smiling breathlessly, Poe looked after the group of people with a playful spark in his eye, straightening and combing a hand back through his hair.

"Right- come on-"

It wasn't far. The place was quiet, and Poe paid for the room, a shabby little thing, but private. And that's really all they needed.

Once in the room he just leaned against the door for a moment, looking at Poe and wondering slightly what the hell he was doing and how had something like this happened to him. He sighed, brushing his fingers through his hair before stepping away from the door, eyes intense as he approached the other man. He pulled his shirt off, tossing it by the door.

"You don't waste time," Poe's tone was teasing, but there was an approving look in his eye as he eyed up Ren. He shrugged off his jacket, letting it drop the floor as Ren approached, transfixed by that intense look.

"I don't want to waste time. Not now." He admitted softly, keeping his chin up a bit like Poe might tease him for being so eager. He closed the space between them though, resting his hands on Poe's hips before pushing beneath his shirt and lifting it slowly. "Don't....actually have a lot of experience with this."

"Yeah?" Poe questioned softly, surprisingly lacking nearly all of that teasing bravado he usually spouted, lip quirking. "You're doing all right," he encouraged, lifting his arms so Ren could pull the shirt free.

He did pull the shirt free, nodding as he tossed it with his own shirt. He swallowed then, looking the other over before shifting to sit on the edge of the bed. He pulled Poe to him then. "You really think so?" He asked, pressing his lips against the newly exposed skin before tugging him down into a deep kiss.

"Mm-" That was all the answer Poe was able to get out before he was tugged into that kiss, and his lips quirked, easily returning it with a pleased hum.

He slid his hands over Poe's hips, neck craned back to better accommodate before he ended up just pulling the pilot into his lap. His hands found their way to Poe's ass, squeezing experimentally before gasping softly in pleasure when he felt their hips rolling together.

Poe laughed, a muffled sound as he was pulled into Ren's lap, threading his fingers through that long dark hair and grinding against him with a gasp that mirrored Kylo's. "You sure?" he murmured with a teasing and breathless laugh, nosing against Ren's jaw, "You seem pretty experienced to me."

He tilted his head, though he blushed at the words, shaking his head a bit. "Just...doing what feels right. I've kissed people. But...not much else." He admitted, kissing him again before shifting a bit and arching his hips up with a groan. "Show me?"

"'Kay," Poe nodded softly, tucking Ren's hair back from his face and rocking into that arch with a sigh. "Just- hh- just say so if you want to stop-"

Rough hands slid down Ren's chest, palming him over his trousers as he rocked against him.

He hissed softly, hips twitching at the touch as he nodded, trying to get him even closer. He slid his hands up Poe's bare back and then down again, itching to get his pants off. He really wanted to see all of the man.

Pushing at Ren's shoulder, Poe attempted to nudge him into laying back, pressing a series of kisses along his pale neck as he bent over him. He worked Ren's cock free, pushing his pants down his hips so he could stroke over him, a slow build.
